Get to know East Multnomah Soil and Water Conservation District! Our Board Meetings are held monthly at the EMSWCD office. You can also find upcoming committee and budget meetings posted on this page. All meetings are open to the public, with the exception of Executive Sessions. Records of these meetings are also available in our Organizational Resources section.
